What You’ll Do as a Facility Maintenance Manager
Manage daily property operations.
Provides a collaborative team environment.
Accurate and timely cash and balancing receipts, pursues collections, posts payments, and processing of daily bank deposits.
Target specific customer needs with sales and upselling of high-quality retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, tape, and other moving supplies.
Drive and maximize sales objectives with each prospective customer via the phone, web, or in person on location.
Recommends and implements marketing strategies based on competitor information and your own great ideas.
Identifies customers’ needs and provides solutions that will contribute to their storage experience.
Responsible for general maintenance of property grounds.
