Your Role as a Property Manager:
As a Property Manager at Go Store It, youll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility while providing top-notch customer service. Heres what youll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the property, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Handling cash, balancing receipts, pursuing collections, posting payments, and processing bank deposits with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Selling and upselling high-quality retail merchandise (like moving boxes, locks, and tape) to meet customer needs.
- Engaging with customers in person, on the phone, or via the web to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement, using competitor information and your own creative ideas.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the property grounds to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Providing solutions to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and improving the overall storage experience.
