Your Role as a Property Manager:

As a Property Manager at Go Store It, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility while providing top-notch customer service. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the property, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Handling cash, balancing receipts, pursuing collections, posting payments, and processing bank deposits with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Selling and upselling high-quality retail merchandise (like moving boxes, locks, and tape) to meet customer needs.
• Engaging with customers in person, on the phone, or via the web to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement, using competitor information and your own creative ideas.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the property grounds to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Providing solutions to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and improving the overall storage experience.

Additional Information:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift with weekends as needed.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year in self-storage preferred.
• License/Certification: Valid driver’s license required.
