What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flooring Project Manager / Estimator position at Go To Services,?
We are seeking a Flooring Project Manager / Estimator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of Flooring Projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of flooring project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in flooring management
- Commercial flooring knowledge
- Familiarity with flooring estimating software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Hospital and School experience desired
- Must be organized
- Bilingual a plus
