We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to unify and enhance our marketing efforts across these varied business lines. Job Description: As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our marketing efforts across all five brands. Your goal will be to ensure that each company’s marketing initiatives are aligned and efficiently executed, while also exploring new opportunities to drive growth. You will work closely with our sales teams, marketing specialists, and external agencies to plan and implement campaigns that attract new customers, increase brand awareness, and promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Oversee and manage the execution of Google Shopping ads, email blasts, and cold calling campaigns, ensuring that each brand is reaching its target audience effectively.
Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership teams to create and implement strategic marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and retention for each brand.
Content Creation & Coordination: Develop and manage content for emails, website, social media, and advertising platforms, ensuring consistency across all brands and platforms.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.
Brand Unification: Ensure that all marketing efforts across our different brands are aligned, cohesive, and drive synergy, while still maintaining the distinct identity of each business.
Explore New Avenues: Identify and recommend new marketing channels and strategies, including digital marketing, partnerships, events, and more.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs, identify trends, and drive marketing initiatives that support business growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing coordination or related roles, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, email marketing, and social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for identifying new marketing opportunities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in marketing coordination or a related role.
