Responsibilities
- Handling fb messenger and responding to customers
- handle and track customers in our crm and help with organization.
- estimating to customers to get us competitive pricing
- help out when needed at certain tasks such as cleaning up office/warehouse
- having great communication skills with co-workers and customers.
- help our salesman Thomas, John, and Carter and other tasks.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred but not required.
- great organization skills
- familiarity with crm
- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
