Residential House Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Go Werks Pro House Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of residential spaces, ensuring that every home is a welcoming environment for our clients. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively. The House Cleaner will be assigned to clean residential properties for our clients alone or as part of our cleaning crews and will drive their own car and be compensated per mile for mileage allowance. Or if part of a crew house cleaners will travel by company vehicle from property to property on scheduled routes to service clients and clean their homes. All teams will be required to use fleet tracking software during work hours.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cooking, and organizing spaces as needed.
• Execute specialized cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality in all services provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in professional house cleaning for residential properties of privilege, commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
• Familiarity with high end home cleaning standards is a plus.
• Strong skills in sanitizing techniques and knowledge of safe cleaning products.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Must drive to house locations; additional .70 per mile paid during work time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
