Starting Pay: $17.00/hour (Increase to $20.00/hour upon training completion and meeting performance goals)

Position Overview

GO2 Delivery is seeking a highly skilled, fast-thinking Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This role requires exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities—you must be able to monitor multiple computer screens, manage incoming calls, and communicate via radio, all while making real-time dispatch decisions to optimize efficiency and ensure on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple computer screens, phone calls, and two-way radio communication simultaneously to coordinate and track courier routes
• Make fast, intelligent dispatch decisions to adjust routes, prevent delays, and resolve delivery challenges under pressure
• Quickly assess and solve problems such as traffic delays, last-minute order changes, and courier availability—implementing solutions without disrupting service levels
• Maintain constant communication with couriers and customers to ensure smooth operations and accurate, on-time deliveries
• Log all dispatch activities accurately, including route adjustments, courier updates, and critical delivery details

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of dispatch or logistics experience preferred
• Proven ability to multi-task using multiple computer screens, phone systems, and radio communication
• Ability to type efficiently while speaking and handling multiple tasks at once
• Must pass a criminal background check
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $17.00 to start.
• Progressive Tier structure allows you to move to $20.00 after 6 months if objectives are met
