What You’ll Do:
- Assist in Driving Performance & Results – Support dispatch operations and help optimize delivery efficiency
- Enhance Company Culture – Lead by example, fostering a high-performance, team-oriented work environment
- Oversee Daily Operations – Manage dispatch workflows and coordinate Independent Contract Couriers
- Prioritize Customer Service – Act as a key contact for client inquiries, service escalations, and problem resolution
- Lead & Support the Team – Supervise dispatchers, provide training, and ensure adherence to company standards
- Optimize Scheduling & Routing – Ensure drivers are assigned efficiently while meeting delivery time requirements
- Problem-Solve in Real-Time – Quickly address delivery issues, route adjustments, and urgent orders to maintain service levels
- Experience: 3 years in dispatch, logistics, or transportation operations (supervisory experience preferred)
- Customer-Focused Leadership: Strong ability to lead teams while ensuring top-tier customer service
- Operational Mindset: Ability to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS tracking tools, and operational reporting
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with medical courier logistics is a plus
💰 Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
