Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas within the facility.
- Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Manage housekeeping inventory and report any shortages or maintenance issues to supervisors.
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of hospitality practices and customer service excellence.
- Experience with custodial duties in hotel or industrial cleaning environments is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
