GoAhead Solutions has a great opportunity for a Sr Healthcare Data Systems Analyst in Nashville, TN(onsite position). This would be a Twelve month contract to start out with extension.
Required Experience:
-Interoperability and FHIR experience
-Healthcare payer experience
-A Minimum of 5 years' experience with Teradata (Vantage) or any RDBMS system/ ETL Tools and AWS platforms
-8 years of experience with FHIR, JSON files structures and API testing.
-8 years of experience in Healthcare is a must including experience with payer solutions in the healthcare industry (deep knowledge and understanding of CMS Interoperability and FHIR Implementation Guides and Standards)
Responsibilities:
-Experience implementing Compliance requirements in Healthcare Strong understanding of CMS Interoperability and FHIR Implementation Guides and Standards.
-Has the ability to engage business and data stakeholders to resolve questions or issues.
-Must have the ability to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities in a fast-paces environment.
-Under general direction, works on extremely complex issues/problems or assignments of large scope, impact, and importance.
-Analyzes, designs and prepares application/system specifications for information systems solutions which address business needs and methods for testing and installing them.
-Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user defined needs.
-Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
-Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
-Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system integrity.
-Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis.
-Responsible for quality assurance review.
-Collaborate with the business, compliance, and cross functional IT stakeholders to define a roadmap that clearly defines the priorities and business value.
-Perform data related investigations, track lineage and quality issues, reviews data layout and structures.
-Facilitate source business owner review sessions and plan/execute E2E, integration, and data quality validations.
-Provide support in Production issue/defect resolution.
Skills:
-8 years of the following experience: data analysis, business.
-8 technical requirements gathering, product owner, backlog management.
-8 process documentation, user facing, and excellent written and verbal.
-8 communication skills
-Minimum 5 years' experience with Teradata (Vantage) or any RDBMS system/ ETL Tools.
-Experience with FHIR, JSON files structures.
-Proficiency in SQL, relational and non-relational databases, query optimization and data modelling.
-Strong knowledge of Data Integration (e.g. Streaming, Batch, Error and Replay) and data analysis techniques.
-Experience with AWS capabilities; Glue, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, Redshift, elastic search.
-Experience with API testing.
-Experience with payer solutions in the healthcare industry Experience in Healthcare is a must.
