We additionally serve as a Chief Investment Officer to other financial advisors and their clients in a sub-advisory capacity. Job Overview:
We are seeking a Client Service & Operations Analyst who is excited at the prospect of contributing to the growth and success of our business. We are looking for someone dedicated to improving the client experience and the efficiency of our operations—someone with strong organizational skills who is extremely detail-oriented and process-minded, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. The analyst will support critical operational functions, client service, and internal processes to ensure seamless execution across our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a primary contact for clients and financial advisors regarding account maintenance or service requests.
- Prepare and process client transactions, including but not limited to opening new accounts, closing accounts, transferring assets, deposits, withdrawals, account title changes, and address changes. Communicate transaction status to clients and advisors (e.g., when assets have transferred, when deposits are received, etc.).
- Continuously improve the client onboarding process and enhance the client experience throughout the client lifecycle.
- Maintain current client information in all existing databases and ensure data accuracy across all systems.
- Save all client-related materials to relevant folders, eMoney Vault, or OneDrive.
- Act as the primary contact for completing alternative investment subscription document agreements for clients, including preparing documents, ensuring accuracy, collecting any missing information, and confirming their acceptance with the custodian and related parties.
- Technology liaison: Work with our technology team to ensure employee onboarding and offboarding related to tech systems.
- Client event coordination: Work with our assistant to ensure smooth execution of client events.
- Assist the portfolio management or marketing team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- One to two years of experience in client service and/or operations working for an independent RIA
- Preference for candidates familiar with eMoney, Wealthbox, and Schwab
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Passion for helping new and existing clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proactive, extremely detail-oriented, and organized, with excellent follow-through
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
