As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful completion of projects. This includes pushing things forward, getting client approvals, coordinating resources to the team, making sure our deliverables are according to our company standards, and preparing reports.
You will also be responsible for managing client's expectations and client communications.

GOAT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our fully-remote team.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful completion of projects. This includes pushing things forward, getting client approvals, coordinating resources to the team, making sure our deliverables are according to our company standards, and preparing reports.
You will also be responsible for managing client's expectations and client communications.

What You Will Do
- Communicate with the team and clients on a daily basis
- Ensure communication is smooth between GOAT and the client
- Follow up repeatedly until you’re satisfied that everything is done to standards
- Monitor project’s progress, from kickoff to delivery/launch
- Stay on top of milestones and deadlines
- Anticipate and identify project roadblocks, and support the team in finding solutions
- Make sure projects stay on budget
- Send status updates to clients
- Schedule and attend client meetings (Google Meet), and take notes
- Create reports and other materials or working documents needed for client and internal meetings
- Onboard new clients
- Write Scope of Work for new projects coming in
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee project success
- Report on Project Status and Progress on a daily basis to the Director of Project Management

Ideal Profile
To Be Successful You Should
- Have experience as a Project Manager, minimum 2 years
- Be fluent in English and have proper English grammar
- Be able to communicate with the team and clients, both speaking and writing
- Be responsible and reliable
- Have strong communication skills
- Have strong organizational skills
- Be able to manage your own and other team members’ time
- Have a detail-oriented mindset and habits — this means keeping lists, lots of lists
