Job Description
As an Asset Protection Specialist at GOAT Group, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure work environment. This involves enforcing Asset Protection Associate POST Orders, training new security guards, and supporting access control efforts. You will also assist with facility-level IIPP, emergency procedures, and fire prevention programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and enforce Asset Protection Associate POST Orders for the facility
* Interview and train new and existing security guards on POST Orders
* Assist with facility-level IIPP, emergency procedures, and fire prevention programs
* Help support access control efforts to maintain a safe and secure work environment
* Complete and communicate findings from opening/closing checklists
* Support local management with special events and planned activities
Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented individual with one or more years of warehouse, distribution center, and/or retail store experience. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, security guard and/or asset protection experience, and familiarity with CCTV, NVR, Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and iOS.
