Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with staff, vendors, and guests while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
- Ensure a professional appearance at all times and adhere to company uniform standards
- Review and evaluate POST Orders for assigned facilities
- Enforce compliance with facility-level IIPP Program, Emergency Evacuation Procedures, and Fire Prevention Program
- Support access control compliance, visitor programs, and access card audits
- Examine and record logistics carrier information according to CTPAT compliance standards where applicable
- Complete opening/closing checklists and communicate findings
- Collaborate with local management teams on planned and special events
- Control entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with company policy
- Conduct thorough package inspections and monitor surveillance cameras
- Document unlawful/suspicious activities and review CCTV footage
- Evict trespassers and violators while following legal protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned by Asset Protection, Workplace Services, and Operations

Requirements
- Distribution center and/or retail store experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Security Guard and/or Asset Protection experience a plus
- Audit and compliance experience a plus
- Ability to coach and train team members
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Planned/unplanned overtime may be required
- CCTV, NVR, Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and iOS experience a plus
- Ability to work in a warehouse or retail environment with dust, fluctuating temperatures, and extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking
