Roofing Sales Representative

Compensation: Earning potential between $75,000 - $200k in the first year

Employment Type: 1099

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers and generate leads
• Conduct door-to-door sales and effectively communicate the benefits of Goat Roofing and Restoration's services
• Assess roofing needs and provide appropriate solutions to customers
• Climbing ladders and walking on various roof pitches to perform inspections and provide accurate estimates (unless afraid of heights then a team member will assist or we will train you on a drone)
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
• Participate in weekly meetings, quarterly team events, and sales competitions.
• Extraordinary customer service and relationship building skills
• Excellent time management skills to assist customers from start to finish on projects.
• Carry yourself in a professional manner. Well groomed, dressed, and on time to meetings and appointments.
• A true burning desire to reach financial freedom.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on various roof pitches.
• Self-driven and motivated to excel.
• Prior experience in roofing sales is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Great salesmanship abilities.
• Strong conversation starter.
