Job Purpose
The Legal Intern will play a vital role in supporting the General Counsel by providing comprehensive legal assistance across various aspects of the company’s operations. This role is designed to enhance the efficiency of the legal department by managing initial drafting, reviewing, and editing of a wide array of agreements, which are critical to the company’s business activities. The Legal Associate will also assist in legal research, ensuring that the company’s policies remain up-to-date and in compliance with current laws and regulations. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining essential legal templates, contributing to the development of training materials, and supporting the implementation of compliance processes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Draft, review, edit a broad range of agreements, including wholesale agreements, vendor agreements, services agreements, influencer agreements, and leases.
Assist with legal research and the updating of company policies.
Create and maintain agreement templates.
Build training decks and assist with the creation and maintenance of compliance processes.
