About the Role:
As our Administrative Support Specialist, you’ll be the organizational heart of Goatlandia! You’ll keep our sanctuary running smoothly by supporting our team with vital administrative tasks, ensuring we can focus on providing the best care for our animal residents and creating meaningful experiences for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, phone inquiries, and scheduling with a cheerful, professional demeanor.
- Assist with data entry, donation tracking, and other record-keeping tasks.
- Coordinate volunteer schedules and support volunteer activities.
- Help prepare for events, fundraisers, and tours by managing logistics and materials.
- Provide general office support, including filing, organizing, and ordering supplies.
What You Bring:
- A love for animals and a belief in Goatlandia’s mission.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and people skills—both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel) and a willingness to learn new tools.
