Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a strong understanding of food safety, and the ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Whether working in a fine dining restaurant, nightclub, or catering event, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience through your knowledge of beverages and customer service skills.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while adhering to company policies.
• Participate in promotional activities to boost sales and enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and fine dining standards is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on providing help and support to guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment's schedule.

Pay: $2.13 - $6.00 per hour
