What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef/ Line Cook position at Gocciolina?
We are looking for a person that is passionate about cooking. Who works well with a team of peers who also enjoy food. Must be able to work service on the line as well as prep before service. This is a great kitchen to learn and hone your cooking skills.
We are a chef owned restaurant specializing in seasonal Italian style dishes. The menu changes daily and actively. Being able to change and adapt is what cooking is about and here we take that to heart.
Our food is fresh and simple and the right person will have plenty of input and room to create new dishes and perfect classics. Some experience is nice but not necessary and we can train on the job if the right candidate is interested.
