Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial renovation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, construction, and renovation, with a strong ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements.
• Team Coordination:
  • Manage and coordinate all parties involved in the project, including architects, contractors, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Lead regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address issues proactively.
• Budget and Cost Control:
  • Monitor project budgets, approve expenditures, and manage cost control measures.
  • Identify and address potential cost overruns or delays and implement solutions.
• Permits and Compliance:
  • Ensure all required permits and approvals are obtained and that projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning requirements.
  • Work closely with government agencies and inspectors to ensure adherence to all legal requirements.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee project quality and ensure all work meets design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and resolve on-site issues.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Address and resolve any unforeseen challenges or conflicts.
• Reporting:
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities, expenses, and progress.
