Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging activities that promote intellectual, emotional, and creative development in children.
- Create a fun, safe, and welcoming learning environment where children can thrive.
- Develop daily schedules and routines that incorporate time for physical activity, rest, and play.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to update them on their child’s progress and growth.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children.
- Above all, embrace the opportunity to learn, grow, and have fun while making a difference in the lives of children!
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passionate about working with children and fostering their development.
- Ability to build strong rapport with children and create a nurturing environment.
- Positive, patient, and engaging demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields (preferred).
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
