What are the responsibilities and job description for the Military Veteran Community Outreach Associate position at GOD S LOVE WE DELIVER?
The Business Development & Community Partnerships Department establishes contractual relationships and partnerships with managed care providers, health systems and community-based organizations to engage and serve individuals in need of our medically tailored home-delivered meals. The Military Veteran Community Outreach Associate is responsible for conducting outreach, engagement and education sessions to cultivate increased and consistent referrals from various types of providers, especially to engage U.S. military veterans to learn more about our services and to enroll for services when eligible. The role is specifically responsible for supporting the team’s efforts in increasing the community’s awareness of God’s Love, and the number of healthcare and community partnerships we have.
