The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and enhancing overall productivity. Key Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible
- Assist with data entry and maintain databases
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications
- Support bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks as needed
- Assist with office supplies management, including ordering and inventory
- Provide general administrative support to team members as required
- Relieve teachers for restroom breaks
- Record classroom ratios
- Assist families with any questions or concerns Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in childcare environment is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
