What You'll Do:
This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks, inclusive of implementation and maintenance of computer systems. They will assist the Information Technology (“IT”) department by leading, connecting, monitoring, and organizing tasks for completion through the use of existing and new solutions while maintaining a high level of operations.
- Project lead for dedicated IT components in corporate stores and the corporate office.

Technology responsibilities inclusive of but not limited to:
- Paytronix – Tier1 support lead.
- Word press – Maintain and support GPI public footprint.
- Point Of Sale – Menu and hardware support.
- Digital Signage – Maintain and support.
- Restaurant core components – Maintain and support.
- Vendor Relationship – Project Manage.
- Communicate required and recommended tier one support to franchisees
- Ensure all responsible systems and hardware are maintained to compliance standards.
- Resolve tickets and issues as assigned.
- Provide after-hours and weekend on-call technical support and maintenance as needed.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned by IT.
