POSITION PURPOSE:
This individual will provide oversight and management of the Godfather's Pizza maintenance program at our corporate restaurants and office. This position includes functional areas, including, but not limited to providing general repairs, assisting in construction projects, oversight of third party vendors, routine inspections of equipment and premises, etc.
WHAT’S EXPECTED:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- General Knowledge of HVAC preventative maintenance and service at corporate office and restaurant facilities.
- Perform needed maintenance on refrigeration and cooking equipment at corporate office and restaurant facilities as needed.
- Provide general repairs and maintenance work to corporate and restaurant facilities to maintain daily building upkeep and appearance.
- Order and maintain a supply of oven parts for repairs.
- Schedule and oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Manage and oversee all construction projects and remodels in corporate-owned facilities.
- Assist in obtaining bids for maintenance repairs and construction projects.
- Maintain a good working relationship with all maintenance and construction vendors.
- Maintain a current log of repairs and condition of equipment in stores.
- Assist the executive team in site selection for potential new locations or relocations.
- Manage storage facilities to which includes but is not limited to, keeping clean and organized, running equipment stored, and properly disposing of old equipment by means of sale or destruction.
- Liaison with IT department assisting with installation needs at store level, including but not limited to security cameras, TV monitors, etc.
- Responsible for the paper recycling program at the corporate location.
- Maintain and track all vendor and contractor paperwork (i.e. COI and W-9 status).
- Maintain a list of preferred and secondary vendors and contractors by location.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested and assigned.
