Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing assistance as needed.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent conflicts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance in case of medical emergencies.
- Document incidents and prepare reports for management review.
- Participate in ongoing training related to conflict management, loss prevention, and security protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is advantageous.
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must pass background checks as required by company policy.
