Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring proper protocols are followed.
- Enforce rules and regulations to prevent loss or damage to property.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
- Document all incidents accurately in reports for future reference.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing conflicts or disturbances.
Experience
- Previous experience in a security role, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, loss prevention techniques, and conflict management strategies is beneficial.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
