The Guild is currently looking for a summer seasonal R2E Program Coordinator to and oversee implementation of the R2E program our premiere summer work readiness program for youth and youn adults ages 14-18. Emphasis of this role is in aiding program staff and facilitating program-related tasks.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provides daily leadership support and coordination of program support services impacting the daily operations of R2E.
- Manage staff positions:
- Interface with parents regularly to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Managing program data and data collection, including program rosters, client files, daily attendance, case notes, incident reports, participant assessments, and test scores.
- Act as a professional role model for youth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NCUS and other Godman Guild partners.
- Managing family and community communication including responding to program emails, answering cell phone calls, preparing newsletters, managing calendars, and sharing of information about events and resources.
- Coordinate with appropriate departments to plan special events such as the R2E Kick Off event and closing celebration.
- Provides administrative support, leadership, and organization to R2E. This includes:
- Overseeing compliance, paperwork, inspections, and providing general supervision.
- Assisting with the coordination of family events including planning, scheduling, ordering supplies, coordinating staff and volunteers, and managing registration and evaluation of events.
- Recruiting, organizing, and supervising ancillary staff: work study, interns, and volunteers.
- Coordinating program special activities.

Position requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with administrative and project management tasks.
- Current certification in First Aid/ CPR, or ability to complete these trainings withing 30 days.
- Valid driver’s license with no major or DUI offenses in the last five years.
- Requires the ability to work independently.
- Requires intermediate computer skills and experience using office equipment.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours. Some evenings and weekends are required.
- Ability to speak other languages a plus.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Physical, Mental, and Other Requirements
- The ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
- The ability to work independently to complete remote work assignments.
- The ability to drive agency vehicles and transport clients, as needed.
- Demonstrate patience and understanding with clients.
- Must have access to a working phone or cell phone.
- Must have access to reliable WIFI or internet connection other than at Guild offices.
- Must be able to form relationships with employees, clients
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $21.00 per hour
