A large, very well run Title Insurance company based out of NYC, is looking to add a Sr National Commercial Title Coordinator to their team. Excellent Pay and benefits. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate.
The Commercial Coordinator should have extensive experience with Commercial transactions, firm understanding of title bills, policies and pro formas. Direct client contact. Minimum of 2 years experience in working files. Real Estate Paralegals and/or Legal Assistants with National Commercial experience are encouraged to apply.

· Previous experience (2 years) in title insurance
· The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and under pressure, proof read material and be highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of Soft Pro Software a plus
