Duties

- Oversee medication administration and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Foster a positive environment that promotes resident engagement and socialization.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and well-being, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community resources to enhance resident care.
- Ensure adherence to resident rights, advocating for their needs and preferences at all times.
Requirements
