The company is looking to fill 5 roles in this position. We are looking for someone who is approachable, not afraid to work hard, and someone who has an undeniable love for people. Experience in the labor field is preferred because of the amount of team work that is put forth to the job. - Interact with potential customers by educating and informing them on the services they qualify for
- Be friendly, confident, and respectful to our customer base and colleagues you work with
- Have an itch for growth and taking personal situation to the next level
- Be open and participate in training on product knowledge and services the company provides to relay back to the customers
- Once promoted into a trainer role, teach and train new employees who are starting at the entry level by offering information and assisting in orientations
- Learn al compliance management with permits and licenses needed for given territories
