This is why we are currently hiring a Customer Support Representative to help continue to develop our team's customer communication, help maximize sales, and prepare for the next level of management. The Customer Support Representative will prepare for the next level of management so they can continue to expand as the company grows and learn how to manage a marketing campaign.
The Customer Support Representative will aid in increasing our market share, help with new customer acquisition, and provide great customer service to our clientele. The right candidate will have a passion for leadership development and organization with a focus on continuing to improve the overall company. Since our company specializes in working with large telecommunication brands and is growing at a tremendous rate, the Customer Support Representative will have the opportunity to learn all the necessary skills and knowledge of our services in order to lead and train others. Our goal, in the Customer Support Representative position is to successfully have them professionally represent our clients as well as provide them with the right tools in order to have them fully manage campaigns.
Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Maintains an understanding of all products and services offered, as well as the policies and procedures to lead and develop others in the company.
- Demonstrate strong leadership ability across all departments to bring the team's skills to a high standard and motivate them to work together to achieve their shared goals.
- Builds company rapport and customer loyalty by acting as a liaison between our partners and the customers daily.
- Support our sales team by helping to increase new customer acquisition while also maximizing the market territory.
- Frequently attend general team meetings that will contribute to progressing one's skill set and growth in the company.
- Offer general insight on new market trends and participate in new market campaigns that will coincide with the development of future company organizations.
Customer Support Representative Qualifications:
- Some experience working as a bridge between customers and clients or in a leadership role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with other team members and the company's customers in a professional approach.
- Must have a student mentality in order to receive our outstanding training and maintain the knowledge and extend it to others.
- Have a passion for helping coach and training others and working in a team setting
- Will have a strong desire to grow and develop new skills that will allow them to grow in their careers and allow our company to expand to other market territories.
