What your future day will look like:
- Connect with defendant
- Initiate discovery
- Prepare subpoenas
- Schedule mediation and manage calendars
- Draft settlement documents and prepare motions/orders
- Draft FOIA requests and ROR letters
- Run Sled records
- Manage other legal administrative functions when needed

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of litigation legal assistant or paralegal experience
- Solid work history with limited job changes
- MS Office proficiency
