Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance, this position is a key resource to the business, providing decision support analytics for a broad spectrum of projects and initiatives. The Pricing Analyst will play an integral role in ensuring the company achieves its growth and profitability goals. They will assist in setting competitive prices that are fair and ensure the success of the company.

Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary job duties and responsibilities include:
- Analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, cost structures, and consumer behavior, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
- Researching and recommending optimal pricing strategies for a company's products.
- Monitoring variable product costs and propose amendments to pricing where applicable.
- Evaluate various pricing channels and recommend opportunities for margin improvements.
- Coordinate and execute price changes with account managers and brokers.
- Maintain pricing in the company’s ERP system, pricing logs, price lists, and other price books, ensuring accuracy and administering any changes.
- Support sales with ad hoc sales analytics, price quotes, and requests for proposals.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or quantitative field
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- Must be able to analyze complex issues and recommend appropriate actions/solutions
- Advanced modeling skills in Excel
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, processed meats category, and/or pricing field is desired.

Physical Requirements
The ability to type, see clearly, and sit at a desk for long periods of time.
