What You’ll Do:
- Operate fabrication equipment: press brakes, shears, plasma cutters, and more
- Read job specs to produce precision parts to exact measurements
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape steel and aluminum with accuracy and care
- Work alongside a team of welders, assemblers, and engineers to meet production goals
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met every step of the way
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing (training provided for the right person)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to use measurement tools (tape measures, etc.)
- Safety-first mindset and the ability to lift/move materials up to 50 lbs
- A team player who takes pride in craftsmanship and consistency
