What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Goehner Investments. LLC?
Local rental agency is looking for a part-time to full-time skilled, trustworthy, and knowledgeable General Maintenance Technician to add to our existing team. Seeking a dependable person who can work with our existing technician(s) and help with small and big projects. This person should be able to work well independently, but also with 2-3 other crew members at a time.
General work hours are Monday-Friday (8am-5pm), but subjected to a few weekend hours, depending on maintenance emergencies (ie. no heat, big water leak, etc.)
Pay based off experience.
GENERAL DUTIES (not limited to):
- Fundamental repairs and maintenance tasks
- Responding to maintenance emergencies such as; plumbing problems, no-heat, lock repair, etc.
- Light plumbing and electrical work
- Snow Removal and Seasonal landscaping-yard maintenance/lawn care
- Overall property maintenance/upkeep of properties
- Help with painting
- Hauling large items to the dump
- Lay new flooring
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (Required)
- Own some basic tools (be responsible of them)
- Basic Knowledge in property maintenance
- Mechanically inclined (preferred)
- General knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing
- Good customer service attitude
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions well
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- On call
