Your Key Contributions In This Role Will Be
- Customer Engagement: Act as the front-line support representative for our subscription service, providing timely and friendly assistance to subscribers via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Use premade templates to generate quotes for subscription service renewal.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Gather all necessary information using a multitude of systems as well as utilizing sales and renewals account managers to ensure accurate information is listed on renewal quotes.
- Edit and verify pricing is correct based on the most recent pricelist.
- Complete monthly quote creations in a timely manner to ensure scheduled workflow is not disrupted.

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven customer service or support experience, preferably in a subscription service or similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Empathetic and patient, with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
