Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee our well-plugging and service operations in Texas districts 5 and 6.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day tasks related to well-plugging and service operations, including overseeing equipment operations, managing derricks, and maintaining floors.
- Ensure safety and efficiency in well-plugging and servicing activities.
- Lead a crew based out of Kilgore, TX.
Requirements
- Experience in well-plugging and servicing operations or related fields.
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining rig, derricks, floors, pumps, and mixers.
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in well-plugging activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
