Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage all warehouse inventory, materials, and assets.
- Deliver parts, ladders, and portable AC units as needed.
- Secure and manage HVAC and plumbing permits.
- Process and return unused products for credit with suppliers.
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping and upkeep.
- Ensure all company assets are maintained and accounted for.
- Monitor and control all inventory transactions and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification IS REQUIRED for this position
- A committed and consistent work history
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Computer proficiency, including email, MS Office, and other business tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
