Goettl is seeking a energetic, professional leader to head our Plumbing Operations in Austin. We want a strategic thinker and proven executor who thrives on leading from behind—elevating people, optimizing systems, and driving results. If you've navigated the complexity of multi-state operations or PE-backed organizations, you’ll fit right in (though it’s not required).

💪 What You'll Own

• Lead the plumbing team in recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent
• Champion safe, high-performance operations in alignment with Goettl’s proven standards
• Drive KPIs tied to engagement, safety, quality, productivity, and profitability
• Improve workflows—training, inventory, service delivery—to optimize gross margins
• Partner with senior leaders to forecast budgets and deliver EBITDA growth
• Analyze key metrics like callbacks, average ticket size, customer reviews—and take action fast
  
  

🔧 Requirements

• Some plumbing experience preferred, but not required
• 5 years in operations or field leadership, ideally in home services or trades
• Track record of managing high-performing teams and departmental KPIs
• Strong communicator with tech-savvy tools like ServiceTitan, Microsoft Office, CRM
• Experience in multi-state or private equity-backed environments (a plus, not required)
