We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage and control inventory, materials, and equipment essential to our HVAC and plumbing operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse functions while supporting field technicians with the tools they need to deliver legendary service.

Key Responsibilities

Track and manage all warehouse inventory, materials, and assets.

Deliver parts, ladders, and portable AC units as needed.

Secure and manage HVAC and plumbing permits.

Process and return unused products for credit with suppliers.

Perform general warehouse housekeeping and upkeep.

Ensure all company assets are maintained and accounted for.

Monitor and control all inventory transactions and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A committed and consistent work history

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

EPA Type II or Universal Certification.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

Computer proficiency, including email, MS Office, and other business tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to pass background check upon offer of employment

Ability to pass drug screen upon offer of employment.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.

Frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, crouching, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, and reaching.

Manual dexterity for grasping and fine manipulations.

Exposure to moving machinery, extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, and chemicals.
