Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license (well help guide you through the process).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and industry professionals.
- Assist new and existing customers with their insurance needs, including policy selection, applications, and changes.
- Proactively prospect and generate new business while fostering referral opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of insurance policies.
- Execute office processes to support business growth and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals who thrive in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license (if not already licensed).
