Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, sales strategies, and the ability to negotiate effectively to close deals.
Duties
- Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship based sales approach.
- Aggressively follows up on all prospective sales leads and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize company business system, CRM and other software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Safely demonstrate products and services to customers and assist them in selecting the best equipment for their needs.
- Communicate product offerings effectively, addressing customer inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives and achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate terms of sale with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Responsible for scheduling delivery of new and/or used equipment, work with Service Manager to schedule and dispatch driver.
- Adjust content of sales presentations by analyzing each customer's needs and effectively present the product in a proper manner.
- Responsible for showroom presentation including: Restocking of product literature, hangtags, clean and organize effective presentation of product displays in showroom and outdoor displays.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of products by attending educational workshops, studying product literature and personally using the products we sell.
Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in using software tools for managing sales activities.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with business development strategies and techniques for generating leads.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in selling all types of equipment, including farm, outdoor and construction/landscape equipment is preferred.
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish is preferred.
