Strong leadership skills, clerical and computer proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day laundry operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and coordinate a team of 30-40 employees across different shifts, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure workflow optimization and timely order fulfillment for special event linens, healthcare facilities, restaurants, and hotels.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and maintain quality standards.
- Handle employee scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Communicate effectively with a multilingual and multicultural workforce.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory using computer systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace policies.
Qualifications:
