That’s Nice, But What’s the Job? In short, as a Senior Manager you will develop processes for managing our indirect dealer base, from dealer setup to maintaining our dealer records and monitoring dealer performance trends. In this role, you’ll execute on the indirect dealer management roadmap by partnering with operations, credit, pricing, compliance, legal and others. In long, this position will: Enhance system and processes around GoFi’s dealer onboarding experience. Establish dealer maintenance workflow, control framework, and collections process. Partner with servicing, analytics, credit, compliance, and legal to mitigate third-party fraud, manage dealer investigations, and administer internal dealer management system. Present monthly dealer reviews and trends to executive management. Team up with operations and sales to deliver a best-in-class dealer experience. So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for? The Specifics. 3 years of experience in credit, funding, titles, or originations for an auto finance company or lending institution 1-2 years’ experience in leadership or people management roles Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field Nice to Haves.
