Job Overview:
As an HRBP Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring employee satisfaction and corporate compliance. You will work closely with senior management to drive HR strategies, including recruitment, employee training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing support and guidance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Oversee employee performance evaluations and development plans, collaborating with management to establish effective employee motivation programs.
- Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and overall productivity.
- Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment and company culture.
- Oversee compensation and benefits management, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Contribute to company strategic planning and adjust HR strategies in line with business needs.
- Manage the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback.
- Monitor HR metrics and reports, performing data analysis and offering recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Mandarin(Chinese) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to address challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Proficient in HR management software and MS Office applications.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-department collaboration experience preferred.
- HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
