Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the collection fleet operations within the assigned region, including daily task allocation, quality assurance, and cost control.
- Responsible for the development of collection capacity, including the management of self-owned vehicles and sourcing external service providers.
- Responsible for streamlining the collection process and optimizing the collection model, continuously improving collection efficiency.
- Responsible for coordinating internal and external collection-related information, and maintaining relationships with external clients and suppliers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
- Must possess a valid work authorization to work in the United States.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in fleet management, with a proven track record of handling daily operations and emergency situations effectively.
- Strong knowledge of collection procedures, with experience in developing or optimizing collection systems preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mobilize resources to achieve operational goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management skills to maintain productivity during peak periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
