What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead(Ninght shift, 7PM-3:30AM, Mandarin required) position at GOFO Express?
Shift Management:
· Supervise night shift warehouse operations from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
· Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately during the shift.
- Supervision of Operations
- Oversee the order change processing, ensuring all changes are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
- Manage the sorting process, optimizing the workflow to improve sorting accuracy and speed.
- Monitor and lead the exception - handling team, quickly resolving any issues that arise during warehouse operations, such as damaged goods or incorrect orders.
- Trunk Line Dispatching
- Take charge of part of the trunk line dispatching tasks. Plan and coordinate the transportation routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation schedules and reduce costs.
- Team Management
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Assign tasks according to employees' skills and workload, ensuring efficient use of human resources.
- Performance Monitoring
- Set performance targets for the warehouse operations under supervision. Regularly review and analyze operational data to measure performance against targets.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
