What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Operation(Mandarin Required) position at GOFO Express?
Responsibilities:
· Sort packages by zip code for delivery by DSP.
· Supervise temporary workers during the sorting process.
· Train temporary workers in sorting procedures and best practices.
· Communicate with DSPs to resolve delivery issues.
·Identify and establish potential partnerships with new DSPs.
· Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
· Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
· Coordinate truck dispatch and ensure smooth delivery operations.
· Design efficient delivery routes for drivers to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency.
· Track and manage exception cases, including damaged, lost, or delayed parcels.
· Work closely with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
· Proficiency in operating clamp trucks, and pallet jacks.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Basic computer skills for inventory management purposes.
· Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
·Fluency in English and Chinese.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
