Partner Requirements:
- Driver Availability: Maintain a sufficient pool of drivers (minimum 15 to be considered, preferably 40-50 or more) to meet delivery demands, especially during peak periods.
- Driver Compensation: Ensure your drivers have stable and fair compensation packages to maintain a motivated and reliable team.
- Training & Management Systems: Implement effective training programs and management processes to maintain high service standards.
- Route Coverage: Ability to cover key delivery routes across Los Angeles and nearby areas.
- Emergency Response: Be equipped to handle unforeseen situations with quick and effective response solutions.
- DSP Experience: Have experience in managing delivery teams and operations in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Operating Licenses & Insurance: Provide necessary documents including a business license, EIN, company bank information, driver’s license, personal identification, signed W-9, and required insurance documentation.
